Role & Responsibilities
You will be a data engineer advancing analytics capabilities and delivering actionable insights across risk, delivery, sales, finance, and talent domains.
Analytics & Dashboard / Reporting Development
•Perform in-depth data analysis across multiple data sources to develop and pilot new measures of business performance.
•Design and build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to story-tell with data and visualize key business insights to enable decision-making.
•Enhance analyses / dashboards based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring usability, accuracy, andvisual appeal.
Data Management & Insight Generation
•Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
•Prepare / normalize datasets for analytics projects.
•Identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from complex data, and translate these into actionable recommendations.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
•Manage multiple analytics workflows, setting priorities and timelines to meet project goals.
Core technical skills:
•Experience in executing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) tasksand data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python).
•Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
•Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude).
•Advanced proficiency in data visualization: Tableau (Microsoft Power BI is a plus)
•Advanced proficiency in data storytelling.
Education:
•Bachelor’s in management information systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems/Science,economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field
Preferred:
•Master’s in data Analytics / Science, MIS, or related field
•Experience with sales/revenue forecasting, risk-management analytics.
•Experience in management consulting or client-facing analytics setting.
Location: Hyderabad
