Associate Analyst – Executive Assistant - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

We are looking to recruit outstanding individuals to become a pivotal part of our Leadership Support for Australia team within Talent CoE. The role will be of interest to those who have a positive attitude and willingness to learn with good organizational skills. Work you’ll do
Ideal candidates will be looking to start a career as Admin Assistants. You will have access to a comprehensive support and training package designed to equip you with the skills and competence that will be invaluable to you if you wish to explore a career as either an Admin Assistant or other roles within Deloitte.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist Personal Assistants (PAs) based in Australia with submitting expense claims, reconciling American Express statements, booking meeting rooms, and crafting travel itineraries for Partners, utilising the necessary Deloitte systems in accordance with company policies.
- Promptly address and manage ad hoc requests & general inquiries from PAs.
- Handle requests and tickets via Service Portal (Service Now) following AU - PA best practices.
- Comply with Quality Assurance policies by organizing all deliverables and communications with PAs & other requestors in the designated Microsoft Teams folders.
- Familiarise with and follow the Deloitte AU Travel & Expenses policy.
- Periodically update service documentation and training materials such as SOPs, Process Maps, and SIPOCs as needed.
- Serve as an alternative contact for out-of-office situations, managing client email redirection during the absence or leave of Senior Directors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client PAs.
- Build and maintain rapport with important stakeholders, including Partners, Directors, and Staff.
- Provide coverage during holidays and sickness absences.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Senior Directors and Associate Partners.
- Contribute effectively to diverse teams, fostering an inclusive team culture where individual contributions are valued.

This is an opportunity to join a new and dynamic team, critical for the delivery of fast-paced business support to our Senior Director/Associate Partner community in the AU member firm and work out of our Hyderabad office of USI.
Qualifications
Required:
- Any Graduate fresher or an experienced candidate with less than a year of experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and manage own workload to tight deadlines
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving - ability to 'think outside the box'
- Diligent, conscientious and with a strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft own correspondence
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. | 5.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
