Within Global Consulting Services, the Delivery pillar leads and empowers Member Firms and other Global areas to drive service delivery transformation and improve client delivery quality and efficiency.
Overview of the role
The Delivery Platforms (Ascend) sub-pillar Integration & Operations support will play a pivotal role wherein the professional will help drive efficiencies and collaboration across all Enablement workstreams by developing standards (status reporting, stakeholder read-outs, etc.) to streamline processes and drive operational excellence to support seamless delivery of enablement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Collaboration and Team Integration
• Act as a central point of coordination across all Enablement teams, the Program PMO, Ascend wider teams, and GCS teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Foster collaboration across teams by facilitating regular updates, sharing insights, and ensuring consistent messaging.
• Support the integration of teams by aligning priorities, resolving operational challenges, and driving a unified approach to enablement initiatives.
Operational Support
• Provide operational support to Enablement teams, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and processes required for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with the Program PMO to align on timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for enablement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing executive messages, updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across the program.
Process Standardisation and Reporting
• Develop and implement standards for status reporting, stakeholder read-outs, and operational workflows to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Create and maintain reporting frameworks to track progress, performance, and key metrics across enablement initiatives.
• Ensure reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with the strategic goals of the Ascend Program.
Coordination with Stakeholders
• Collaborate with Enablement Leads, Program PMO, and GCS teams to gather updates, align on priorities, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and resolve any operational roadblocks.
Continuous Improvement
• Leverage feedback and lessons learned to refine operational processes and frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and team integration, driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends to optimise workflows and enablement processes.
Requisite core skills
Reporting Development & Process Optimization
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining reports and reporting solutions, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining reporting processes and implementing automation solutions.
Technical Skills & Data Visualization
• Strong technical expertise in Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools, with experience in automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to create user-friendly dashboards for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with reporting requirements and workflows in a global or matrixed organization, preferably within a transformation programme like Ascend.
Data Analysis & Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Experience troubleshooting data issues and maintaining reporting tools in a complex organizational environment.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
• Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong track record in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
• Location: Multiple Locations - Hyderabad/Bengaluru
• Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
• Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
• Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base office location at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
