Within the Global Consultative Businesses, the Delivery pillar supports and works with Deloitte Firms to standardize delivery capabilities across their offerings to provide a consistent experience and higher quality to our clients and proactively manage the increasing complexity and lower the risk in our business. The team drives standardization during scoping, estimation and delivery

Overview of the role

The Ascend Enablement sub-pillar is focused on enabling the Member Firms to adopt Ascend and its components as they are rolled out Globally. The professional will be focused on enablement, by creating kick-off materials, quick reference guides, and FAQs, designing training programs, promoting office hours, and facilitating retrospectives for continuous improvement while compiling risks and feedback.

Key responsibilities

  • ·   Support Change Delivery for Ascend Initiatives
    • o   Assist in delivering change initiatives for the global Ascend platform rollout, ensuring alignment with program objectives and stakeholder expectations.
    • o   Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify key areas of focus and address potential challenges.
    • o   Partner with the Change Manager and project teams to support the implementation of change plans and ensure readiness across stakeholder groups.
  • ·   Develop and Execute Communications
    • o   Create and refine communication materials, including emails, FAQs, talking points, and presentations, tailored to Ascend stakeholders.
    • o   Support the development of engagement materials that promote awareness and adoption of the Ascend for Advise platform.
    • o   Ensure communications are audience-appropriate, consistent, and aligned with Ascend Enablement branding and tone.
  • ·   Enablement Material Development
    • o   Translate change strategies into practical tools, such as readiness briefs, stakeholder toolkits, and role-based guidance, to support adoption.
    • o   Collaborate with Offering Leaders, MF Leaders, and Regional Enablement Teams to ensure materials address specific stakeholder needs.
    • o   Track and report on adoption metrics, using insights to refine enablement efforts.
  • ·   Stakeholder Engagement
    • o   Engage with key stakeholders, including Offering Leaders, MF Leaders, and Regional Enablement Teams, to gather inputs and align on messaging.
    • o   Facilitate working sessions and maintain communication loops to ensure stakeholder needs are addressed.
    • o   Coordinate reviews and approvals to deliver high-quality, timely materials.
  • ·   Other responsibilities
    • o   Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly co-ordinate/switch between different workstreams.
    • o   Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve the desired business objective.
    • o   Support senior executives in developing executive level documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, Tableau dashboards etc.) for senior leadership utilizing story boarding skills.
    • o   Support meeting planning and execution, including drafting agenda, organizing online and offline meetings and document MoM for follow up and accountability.
    • o   Support operational needs of the team, including maintaining and running recurring projects.
    • o   Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to execute requirements and provide suggestions/automations to enhance deliverables.

Requisite core skills

  • ·       Demonstrated experience in developing change materials, internal communications and translating strategies into actionable deliverables, such as stakeholder toolkits, readiness briefs, role-based guides and FAQs.
  • ·       Proficiency in conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
  • ·       High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
  • ·       Strong project management skills, experience in coordination and managing change initiative timelines, tracking to plan and holding team members accountable.
  • ·       Strong stakeholder management skills, including building a network within the team and with primary stakeholders
  • ·       Strong analytical skills to gather, consolidate, and interpret feedback and adoption trends.
  • ·       Knowledge of branding, formatting, and communications template best practices.
  • ·       Proven experience in supporting global change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, readiness activities, and adoption tracking.
  • ·       Experience supporting project planning, risk management, and issue resolution in a matrixed or global environment.
  • ·       Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
  • ·       Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership cultures and working styles
  • ·       Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives with the ability to handle multiple priorities given aggressive timelines and adapt approaches to different cultures, communication styles, and working styles
  • ·       Adaptable to fast paced, dynamic environments and working within teams, including virtual set-ups
  • ·       Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • ·       Strong stakeholder management skills, including building a network within the team and with primary stakeholders
  • ·       Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
  • ·       Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
  • ·       Added advantage: SharePoint knowledge and familiarity with online meeting platforms like MS Teams and Zoom

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.

  • ·       Work experience: 3+ years of experience in communications, change enablement, or similar roles.
  • ·       Strong track record with previous teams/business
  • ·       Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
  • Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base office location at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
