Position Summary

Manager, Technical Program/Project Management (AI Transformation)

Role Summary

Are you passionate about leading enterprise transformation at scale, bridging AI strategy and AI engineering execution? As a Technical Program Manager within the Enterprise Transformation and Optimization (ETO) team, you will manage the planning, execution, and day-to-day implementation of technically oriented programs and projects in accordance with deadlines, budget expectations, and leadership priorities across multiple global geographies.

This role operates at the intersection of business outcomes, operating model change, and modern AI-enabled solutions, translating strategic intent into execution plans, governance routines, and measurable value realization. You will own the program/project development lifecycle, allocate resources across workstreams, guide cross-functional teams, and help ensure effective delivery of technology solutions aligned to enterprise strategy. You will also bring hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and operationalizing AI agents and AI-enabled workflows in enterprise platforms to help translate priority use cases into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do

Program and Portfolio Leadership

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technically oriented programs and projects spanning technology, process, data, and workforce change, from planning through implementation and stabilization.
  • Establish program goals, development plans, and workstreams; direct and modify work plans to effectively determine priorities and keep delivery on track.
  • Determine and assign resources across project activities, monitor day-to-day progress, and allocate work across direct and matrixed team members.
  • Own the integrated delivery plan across business, product, data, engineering, risk, and change teams; drive execution through working sessions, handoffs, and launch readiness.
  • Manage task objectives and performance against plan to help ensure project commitments are met as specified

Enterprise Stakeholder Management and Governance

  • Own stakeholder strategy for complex, cross-functional multi-geo transformational programs and align leaders on scope, outcomes, priorities, and decision rights.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready communications, including leadership updates, decision materials, status reporting, and narrative summaries.
  • Establish and run governance cadences, decision forums, and escalation paths to maintain momentum and transparency.
  • Surface, prioritize, and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating schedule, budget, or scope concerns as needed.

Technical Delivery and Solution Translation

  • Liaise between engineering teams and business stakeholders to shape use cases into buildable, testable, scalable solutions.
  • Translate functional and business needs into clear program and technical requirements, delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating impacts.
  • Assist with preparation of statements of work, define functional and technical requirements, and support quality assurance reviews to promote high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with technology and AI leaders to define business case, implementation approach, and roadmap from MVP through scale.
  • Guide stakeholders through tradeoffs across speed, risk, controls, build versus buy, and enterprise scalability.
  • Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions, including use-case scoping, workflow design, prompts, tools/actions, connectors, orchestration, testing, monitoring, and iteration in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Redesign business processes and operating models to embed AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop controls at scale.
  • Contribute to enterprise process design, role and responsibility definition, and governance model design for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Budget, Performance, and Value Management

  • Manage program/project budgets against revenue, cost, and profit targets where applicable.
  • Track milestones, delivery health, adoption indicators, and value realization metrics; provide regular executive readouts and performance updates.
  • Adhere to project timelines and escalate schedule or budget overruns to senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for added work, process improvement, or new offerings and support their development and implementation.
  • Define transformation metrics, performance indicators, and success measures to support executive decision-making and benefits tracking.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI/value views that measure productivity, cycle time, service experience, adoption, and risk reduction.

Risk, Controls, and Adoption

  • Embed Responsible AI and enterprise controls into delivery, including privacy, security, compliance, model governance, human-in-the-loop design, and auditability.
  • Lead change management activities with measurable adoption outcomes, including stakeholder readiness, communications, training, and post-launch support.
  • Improve delivery rigor by maintaining standards, templates, quality checks, and repeatable program management routines.
  • Build stakeholder momentum around transformation through strategic communications, training, enablement, and adoption support across impacted teams.

Productization

  • Drive productization of repeatable AI-enabled transformation solutions, including reusable frameworks, implementation playbooks, templates, and operating standards.
  • Contribute to documenting architecture, workflow, and design patterns to improve consistency and reuse across implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to scale solutions beyond an initial deployment and prepare assets for broader enterprise adoption.

The Team

ETO leads strategic initiatives that modernize how enabling functions operate, combining business transformation expertise with digital, data, and AI capabilities to improve service experience, productivity, and operational excellence across geographies.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau and metrics design for value tracking.
  • Experience redesigning business processes and operating models to embed AI, automation, and scalable governance into day-to-day work.
  • Experience defining AI success metrics, tracking adoption and value realization, and translating performance data into executive insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, ambiguous environment across teams and time zones, with changing priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Background in change management, operating model design, process redesign, or service management.
  • Experience with governance related to AI risk, privacy, security, and controls.
