Assistant Manager Business Program, Technical Program/Project Management (AI Transformation)
Are you passionate about driving enterprise transformation at scale and bridging artificial intelligence (AI) strategy with AI engineering execution? As a Business Program Specialist within the Enterprise Transformation and Optimization (ETO) team, you will support the planning, execution, and day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams within a portfolio of technically oriented programs and projects. You will work under the direction of program leadership to help teams deliver against timelines, budget expectations, and leadership priorities across the US, India, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
This role operates at the intersection of business outcomes, operating model change, and modern AI-enabled solutions, translating strategic intent into structured workplans, governance inputs, and measurable value tracking in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will contribute across the program and project lifecycle by coordinating workstream plans, managing dependencies and risks, preparing leadership-ready updates, and supporting delivery quality through established governance and release routines. You will also bring hands-on experience building, testing, and iterating AI agents, for example in Microsoft Copilot Studio and similar agent-building platforms, by developing prototypes and pilot releases, documenting requirements and test results, and supporting operational handoff under defined engineering, security, and Responsible AI standards.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Stakeholder Leadership & Executive Communications
- Support stakeholder engagement for complex, multi-geo transformation programs by aligning leaders on scope, outcomes, and decision points.
- Draft and package executive-ready communications, including leadership working group materials, program updates, decision memos, and narratives.
- Coordinate governance cadences, such as leadership working groups and cross-functional forums, including decision capture, action tracking, and escalation support.
- Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Support delivery of transformation initiatives spanning technology, process, data, and workforce change, from discovery through implementation and stabilization, for assigned workstreams.
- Maintain workstream plans and contribute to the integrated delivery plan across business, product, data, engineering, risk, and change teams; coordinate working sessions, handoffs, and launch and stabilization readiness activities.
- Drive issue and dependency tracking by surfacing, prioritizing, and coordinating resolution paths to help keep delivery on track.
- Support program performance management by maintaining KPI and value reporting (value realization, delivery health, and adoption indicators) and preparing inputs for executive readouts.
- Support delivery rigor by maintaining core routines and templates and applying quality checks aligned to established release criteria.

AI Strategy-to-Engineering Translation (Core Focus)
- Partner with AI engineering teams and functional and business leaders to shape use cases into buildable, testable solutions.
- Build and iterate prototype and pilot AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other enterprise agent-building platforms, partnering with engineering for integration, security, and scalability reviews.
- Contribute to defining agent behaviors and workflows, including prompts, tools and actions, connectors, orchestration, testing, monitoring, and iteration, to support business outcomes and Responsible AI requirements.
- Support translating business needs into clear product and program requirements, including user outcomes, success metrics, data needs, model and automation approach, and operating impacts.
- Support AI and engineering leads in building the business case and outlining the delivery approach, such as minimum viable product (MVP) to scale, implementation roadmap, and adoption plan.
- Facilitate tradeoff discussions, such as speed versus risk, build versus buy, and automation versus controls, and document decisions with a focus on enterprise scalability.
Responsible AI, Risk, and Adoption (Enterprise-Ready Delivery)
- Support embedding Responsible AI practices and enterprise controls into delivery, including privacy, security, compliance, model governance, human-in-the-loop, and auditability.
- Support change management activities with measurable adoption outcomes, including stakeholder readiness, training strategy, communications, and post-launch support planning.
- Support defining and tracking value and adoption metrics, including productivity, cycle time, service experience, and risk reduction, along with usage tracking and benefits realization reporting.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across project resources (direct and matrixed) by reinforcing program routines and supporting clear, leadership-ready communication.
- Support clarity in roles and responsibilities and promote alignment across product, engineering, operations, and transformation stakeholders.
