Position Summary

The Executive Coordinator on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team provides administrative support to Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs) in a collaborative, service-oriented organization. This role supports activities including time and expense management, calendar management, travel arrangements, project and meeting coordination, research, and facilitation of service requests with internal and external teams and vendors. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize work effectively, exercise discretion in interactions, and adapt to changes in schedule and work hours as needed. This position operates in a hybrid workplace model requiring a blend of working in-office and working from home. Training on internal applications, platforms, and processes will be provided.

Work you'll do

As an Executive Coordinator on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for:

• Provide administrative support across time and expense management, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, research, and service requests for Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs)

• Manage work and projects by assessing requirements, communicating with requestors and service providers, and resolving questions or issues in a timely manner

• Coordinate with national, regional, and local business support teams to delegate work, share information, and deliver services effectively for a collective group of clients

• Prepare, edit, proofread, and coordinate business documents, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables in alignment with Deloitte brand standards

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion while adjusting schedules and work hours to support client requests, team needs, and business priorities

The team

The Executive Coordinator provides various administrative services to our Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs) in a collaborative and service-oriented organization. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide customer service, manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize appropriately, and remain flexible to changes in schedule and work hours, including overtime as required.

Expected administrative activities include time and expense management, calendar management, travel arrangements, project and meeting coordination, research, and facilitation of service requests with other internal and external resource teams and vendors. The role also requires coordination across teams to support a collective group of clients and to apply business applications, tools, and processes to complete work efficiently. This position follows a hybrid workplace model requiring a blend of working in-office and working from home.

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Additional shift timings may be assigned based on business need.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2+ years of experience providing administrative support, customer service support, or team-based support in a corporate environment

• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and meeting coordination

• Experience coordinating domestic and/or international travel arrangements

• Experience preparing, editing, proofreading, or formatting business documents, presentations, proposals, or client deliverables

• Must be legally authorized to work in India

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience supporting executives in a large or matrixed corporate environment

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with time and expense reporting or reimbursement processes

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment
