USI Separations & Transfers – Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
USI Separations and transfers team handles a wide array of activities which include processing end-to-end voluntary and involuntary separations for employees and directors, including exit discussions, supporting Insider threat process with Employee discussions and review, , processing entity changes, Cost Centre, Location, Job Code, Org. Unit, talent group etc, assist with Business reporting for forecasting and analysis.
US India Services
- Oversee Separations, transfers & Insider threat process for the USI geography
 - Lead team members to drive quality and SLAs on all deliverables
 - Partner closely different groups with in Talent as well as non Talent teams (Acquisition, Finance, Operations, L&D, Payroll, Technology, external vendors, CE, P&C) to resolve related issues.
 - Collaborate with USI stakeholders to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects
 - Assist in the creation of the vision, anticipating needs of clients and drive vision/change throughout the teams
 - Implement process controls and hygiene checks for the overall process
 - Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables
 - Change management
 - Manage, mentor and coach a team of 30 professionals which would include assistant managers.
 - Ability to step in and assist the team in resolving escalations
 - Oversee internal quality audits, ensure process compliance, redesign process workflows as appropriate
 - Lead automation projects within the process
 - Metrics and Leadership reporting
 - Manage staffing, succession planning and gig teams
 
The key skills required are as follows:
- 10-12 years of experience in fast paced, full cycle HR related role.
 - Knowledge on multiple HR process and track record in continually improving service delivery
 - outcomes.
 - Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as a lead for
 - motivated,high performing team.
 - Detail oriented, problem solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time
 - management skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
 - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, able to manage and execute effectively on time
 - sensitive projects.
 - Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Mentored and coached teams in the past.
 - MBA / HR Diploma an asset.
 
The Team
The Employee Life Cycle team supports the US and USI Talent groups in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end exit and transfer activities for an active professional. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio
