Analyst – US Movements & Transfers

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a seamless movement or transfer experience for Deloitte professionals.
- Collaborate with Talent teams and leaders to facilitate smooth processes.
- Oversee end-to-end activities related to movements and transfers.
- Manage and resolve movement and transfer cases in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Address and resolve employee queries via SNOW.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders—including Talent Business Advisors, Talent Business Analysts, Talent Acquisition, Recruiters, Compliance, and the Office of General Counsel—to obtain necessary information for timely legal document generation and transactional processing.
- Liaise with the Payroll and Data Management teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.
- Partner with the Office of General Counsel to review and update legal documents in accordance with US legal standards, helping to mitigate firm risk.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
The team
The ELE team supports the US and USI professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate’s onboarding and eventually separating from the firm. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Qualifications Required
- Graduate 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be willing to work night shifts
- Should have exposure to interaction with international clients/stakeholders
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and HRIS strongly preferred
