ELE ISU Preboarding – Associate Analyst

Work you will do
As an ELE ISU Preboarding Analyst, you will support preboarding activities for incoming
professionals and employees. You will work independently on defined activities while also
collaborating with virtual teams and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support end-to-end preboarding activities for new hires, internal transfers, and
other onboarding-related cases
• Process and update employee or candidate transactions in HR systems, including
SuccessFactors and related tools
• Validate preboarding data and perform reconciliations across systems, reports, and
trackers to maintain data accuracy
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness and follow up on missing or
inconsistent information
• Coordinate with recruiters, Talent teams, hiring managers, and other internal
stakeholders to resolve preboarding-related queries
• Monitor open cases and ensure timely completion of required steps in line with
service expectations
• Maintain trackers, status updates, and operational reports for pending and
completed preboarding activities
• Follow established standard operating procedures and support updates to process
documentation as needed
• Escalate exceptions, delays, and risks to senior team members appropriately
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery in all
transactions and communications
The team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) team supports US and USI Talent and professionals
across a variety of core activities. The team manages end-to-end lifecycle support
processes and adheres to established standards for quality, service, and delivery, including
timely reporting, data quality corrections, and workflow management. In this role, the ISU
Preboarding team supports onboarding readiness through accurate processing,
stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and timely case progression.
Required Qualifications
• Freshers Only. Interested in HR operations, onboarding, preboarding, employee
lifecycle support, or related business processes
• MBA HR or graduate with relevant knowledge in Talent, HR operations, or related
business processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently on multiple assignments with guidance
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with cloud-based applications such as SAP HR, HCM,
SuccessFactors, or similar HR/Talent systems
• Experience working in an HR shared services environment or multinational
organization
• Exposure to onboarding, preboarding, case management, documentation review, or
workflow-based operations
• Experience supporting quality checks, process controls, or operational reporting
