ELE Data Management - Analyst

Work you will do
As an ELE Data Management professional, you will support the administration of Talent activities of employees. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:
Exposure to Human Experience Management (HXM) systems
Responsible for day-to-day administration of all Data change or correction requests.
Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework
Support compliance and governance reviews, ensuring data meets organizational and audit standards.
Partner closely with various teams and other internal clients in handling employee related issues.
Participate in system testing, configuration validation, and UAT during enhancement or release cycles.
Create and append process SOP’s
The Team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) Data Management team supports the US & USI Talent and professionals in a variety of core activities. Our team manages end-to-end activities for Data management. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, data quality & corrections, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience in Processing employee data transactions in Success Factors (HR domain preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting tools such as Canvas Reports & Advanced Reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and exposure to Advanced Excel is an advantage
- Understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system hierarchies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
- Shift timings : 2 to 11pm
