As an ELE professional, you will collaborate with different teams and act as a talent advisor. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:
• Primarily act as the ‘face of the ELE’ with the internal, as well as the external clients.
• Manage Leaves and Benefits for India Professionals in Snow and SF
• Administer all leaves of absence including medical, Maternity, Paternity, Bereavement, LOP etc. and tracking them appropriately.
• Responsible for day-to-day administration of all employee leave requests.
• Administer and support all types of Benefits for the India employees.
• Administer processes and transactions related to the leaves and benefits in Snow and sharing the payroll inputs to the Finance Team within the timelines.
• Validating the invoices and getting them processed on a monthly basis.
• Manage Deloittenet content on the USI Benefits process.
• Manage Well-Being activities, Childcare, Maternity benefits and other Benefits programs
• Manage wellbeing administration, reporting and analysis requirements
• Play the role of a buddy to new hires and ensure proper knowledge transition on business and process
Required:
• 1-3 Years of experience in HR
• MBA HR or graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment Preferred:
• Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Success Factor, Service now or other applications in HR / Talent
• Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
• Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, quality controls
