Analyst – USI Real Estate Services
Responsible for Asset Management, Physical Verification, Managing Internal & External Audits, Store & Inventory Management for one of the largest Real Estate Portfolio – 7+ Million Sft spread across 7 locations in India.
Work you’ll do
- Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of assets (procurement, tagging, usage, disposal).
- Partnering with Property Accounting on asset tagging and conducting annual as well as random physical verifications at multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting robust internal controls
- Perform random audits at frequent intervals to verify the tagging
- Coordinate for the end-to-end GST registration process by collaborating with the Firm Tax team, the Office of General Counsel (OGC), and landlords, ensuring timely collection and validation of all necessary legal and property documents to achieve compliance with statutory tax requirements
- Oversee and provide guidance to teams on effective store inventory management practices, ensuring accurate tracking, optimal stock levels, and compliance with organizational policies
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all inbound and outbound inventory transactions to maintain compliance and support audit requirements
- Liaising with teams such as Finance, SPS, Firm Tax, OGC, vendors, landlords, and facility teams
· Regularly review and update SOPs based on audit findings or regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring compliance and supporting audit processes
- Support on an as needed basis; bank and treasury functions, month-end reports, and overall, back up for other RES team members.
- Work with various Internal & External stake holders – Facility team, Finance, SPS, Ops, Office of Security & Firm Tax etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of various USI leases and physical safe custody of all legal documents
- Support the team & leadership on preparation various presentations, reports as & when required
The Team
USI Real Estate team is responsible for managing the facilities for USI locations which includes Lease Management, Construction Management, Space Management, Upkeeping of Engineering Equipment, Occupancy Costs Budgeting & Reporting - Capex & Opex.
Qualifications
Graduate in commerce with minimum 2-3 years of experience
Good verbal & written communication Skills
Decent Presentation & Spreadsheet skills
