Learning Operations Executive Manager – USI
Description
The individual will be responsible for managing the learning delivery and operations team based in USI. This
team’s responsibilities include learning administration, reporting, operations, and logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Learning Operations Team Management:
o Work closely with the Talent Development COE leaders to define an operations team delivery
structure that will enable the team to efficiently deliver on responsibilities.
o Empower learning operations team members to own program and project tasks, while
establishing a quality review process for critical deliverables.
o Establish clearly defined processes and frameworks for learning operations team tasks (from
planning to delivery to program closure), including fulfilling learning administration and reporting
requests, aligning resources to programs/tasks, and accurately capturing/tracking tasks being
completed by the team.
o Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the USI learning operations team and maintain
tracking/provide regular status updates to COE leadership.
o Provide regular updates to COE leadership on status of program tasks/projects and resource
alignment.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with Talent Development COE leaders to share requested learning information with
cross-business partners and establish a process and template(s) for providing business partners
regular updates.
o Collaborate with advisory partners to provide learning program information in a timely manner
corresponding to the yearly learning calendar.
o Collaborate with USI learning operations assistant manager team to define and adjust team
operational processes as needed to meet project/program deadlines with deliverables.
o Work closely with the USI Compliance Manager to identify and define efficiencies in compliance
requirements reporting and reporting structure.
o Build relationships with learning technology key contacts to stay informed on technology updates
and support team administrative and reporting access to relevant learning technologies.
• Program Administration and Reporting Management:
o Coordinate with Talent Development COE leaders and the USI learning operations team to create
clearly defined project plans for upcoming learning programs.
o Frequently update program/project plans ensuring status updates can be shared as/when
needed.
o Define the USI learning operations team support structure for learning programs, including
learning administration and reporting/analytics dedicated resource support.
o Establish clearly defined program delivery task processes and guidelines in coordination with the
USI learning operations team assistant manager.
• Quality assurance:
o Work closely with USI learning operations team assistant manager to implement processes to
ensure deliverables are meeting quality standards.
o Provide support to USI Compliance Manager to maintain accuracy and timeliness in reporting of
compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with work experience in a corporate environment with an overall of experience of 10-15
Years
• 3-5 years’ operations experience in a complex global environment (flexible)
• Strong program and project management skills, with a focus on learning administration and reporting
• Experience in managing an operations-focused team
• Experience in creating standard operating procedures and processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills
• High degree of professionalism and discretion with ability to handle high-level confidential data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Saba, and learning technologies preferred
