Role: Deputy Manager-Learning Ops
Shift Timings:- 2 PM – 11 PM
Location:-Hyderabad
Are you somebody who enjoys managing multiple challenging projects simultaneously, by exhibiting agility, accountability, and compacted project management skills? Do you also have analytical ability and love to read reports to be able to make proposal for bringing in efficiency? Have you worked on the technology/automation updates that are planned across larger team and implemented the automation/technology changes within the team? Also, if you are an avid people manager and come with vast experience of managing team of experts?
Then, here is an opportunity for you at The Learning Operations Team in the US India Office for creating an impact in the space of Reporting Specialist Group for Learning interventions.

Work you’ll do
Provide support to Learning Ops on technology/automation. Some of the primary responsibilities include but not limited to,
• Work on the technology/automation updates that are planned across Learning Ops and work closely with teams in implementing the automation/technology changes within the team
• Agile in program management aspect to deliver best client experience
• Provide insights to leadership on team performance, plan for contingencies
• Team performance management, engagement management, people management
• Conduct effective 1:1 session with team members to provide feedback and keep
• motivated
• Ensure positive environment in team
• Mentor/guide future leaders and team members towards career aspirations and goals
• Contribution and Involvement in Firm/Team initiatives
• Continues collaboration effort towards common business goal
• Manage escalations, process concerns

Qualifications
• Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in a People and Project Management preferably in the space of Reporting & Analytics environment
Skills
Required:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience on the technology/automation
• Should have knowledge of email etiquette
• Should have advance knowledge of excel
• Should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint
• presentations and leadership ready dashboards
• Should have ability to team with others
• Should be able to prioritize time and tasks
• Should have experience Managing teams of 8+ including performance management,
• conducting 1:1, mentoring
Preferred:
• Understanding of learning systems and processes will be added advantage
• Should have ability to interact well with internal clients and provide strategic solutions to issues
