Work you’ll do
As a Senior Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and L&D best practices to deliver high-impact reporting and insights. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, analyze, and optimize data processes, structures, and models to support L&D initiatives.
Design, implement, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query, and other tools.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources.
Perform detailed data analysis to assess data structure, content, and quality.
Deliver routine and ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with business teams and system analysts to review, understand, and refine requirements.
Train end users on new reports and dashboards, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
Apply agile project management principles to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Manage escalations and process concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with privacy regulations in all analyses and reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and align individual goals with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Learning Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or analytics role, preferably supporting L&D or Talent Development functions.
Skills
Required:
Strong experience with BI tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and Power Query.
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to perform complex queries involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Solid understanding of data warehouse and data cube concepts.
Experience in data modeling, extraction, and analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize time and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive models.
Experience in strategic planning and resource management to deliver planned results.
Ability to interact with internal clients and provide strategic solutions to business challenges.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) tools for content creation or L&D automation.
