Analyst/Senior Analyst, Compensation & Recognition (RRWB)

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst – Compensation Specialist, you will be aligned to support the below mentioned roles/teams:
Compensation Specialist
Responsible for delivering analytical support within Compensation & Recognition team (U.S./USI teams supporting DTTL and Member Firms), contributing to support the execution of compensation strategies and programs. Areas of focus include job analysis, benchmarking, survey participation, market research, quantitative analytics, compensation modeling, and the administration of compensation systems, as well as conducting annual process UAT testing. With broad direction from the Compensation Advisors and using solid knowledge of compensation analytical methodologies, you will independently complete a variety of broad-based compensation assignments, including making preliminary recommendations regarding pay and classification matters. Your other responsibilities will include:
• Supporting market benchmarking process and analyzing market data for trends
• Provide support with Survey submissions, reporting, and related analysis for specific businesses to benchmark the right jobs at the right level. Coordinate with survey houses on submission, reporting, and analysis
• Support with analyzing recruitment data to understand challenges with respect to attraction and utilization of ranges. Provide first level insights / patterns based on a review of the hiring data
• Collaborate with the Compensation Advisors in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets. Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as required
• Partner closely with various teams, our market data partner and other internal teams w.r.t job analysis and benchmarking, formulating competitive market pay strategies, budgeting of merit, annual incentive plans, spend analysis and final finance reconciliation process
• Maintain and update Compensation data files, to support modeling efforts
• Independently verify deliverables, identify any data issues, and report as required
• Develop implementation plans in support of the annual compensation process
• Provide initial-level data insights and observations for all compensation milestone activities including support with creating initial drafts for all presentations and decks
Qualifications Required:
• 2-4 Years of experience in HR
• MBA HR with prior experience in compensation or related business processes
• Any Undergraduate (B.Com, BA, BSc, BCA) with prior experience in supporting Compensation related business processes
• Experience working in a team environment
Preferred
• Experience working in Comp CoE or HRSS comp department of a multinational company
Skills required:
• Experience in working on compensation tools like KeneXa (CompAnalyst), ADP—Comp planning tool, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented, strong Analytical skills and ability to analyze large volumes of compensation data
• Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work hours: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
