The Team
The USI Tax Growth & Development team has pioneered in providing comprehensive learning solutions to the Tax Practice. Innovation and human centricity lie at the core of the team’s vision, empowering professionals to ‘own their development’ by building their technical, professional and leadership capabilities. Within the larger HR services umbrella, the USI Tax Growth & Development team owns the learning and Development charter for the USI Tax practice. The team supports all India locations. The team works in conjunction with the Tax business to cover Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership skills.
Your Role:
· Strategy & Vision:
o Work closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities; provide input into aligning Talent Development strategy with business goals
o Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals
o Develop strategies to drive key strategic business/talent development initiatives/priorities
· Stakeholder Relationship Management:
o Build effective relationships with key stakeholders related to development projects
o Prepare draft presentations and reports to support stakeholder meetings
o Participate in or lead project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, and peers
o Maintain relationships with content-based leads (SMRs)
· Program Management:
o Track and manage participant registrations, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer workshops, and end-to-end program management throughout the course of the program delivery.
o Partner with SMEs and all teams involved to ensure training materials are most up to date
o Ensure world class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI
o Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning experience of the practitioners
o Partner with the Learning Delivery, Evaluations, and other support teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom/virtual-live/on demand delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support
o Maintain strong knowledge of development tools, modalities, and learning methodologies
o Support end-to-end participant journey, facilitator sourcing, and all related communications
· Operations:
o Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
o Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published, and leveraged for decision making
o Enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on time deliveries and coach availability, and leverage 3E framework for multiple career models in play within the service area
o Collaborate with Learning Operations to maintain accurate curriculum data integrity, maintain historical archives, and respond to ad hoc requests for curriculum information
o Vendor and licensing alignment with regulatory directives
o Content Management focus on compliance obligations
o Manage system and process configurations with full understanding of configuration impacts and execute/track agreed upon configurations based upon business impact and regulatory standards
o Internal Systems Management and development to support business needs with regulatory frameworks
o Reporting and retention requirements based upon regulatory measures
o Communications Strategy including website management
o Coordinate with internal support teams (Learning ops, Delivery, Learning Design Services) to prioritize activities and business needs.
o Embeds regulatory awareness into daily operations and monitors compliance with operations processes.
· Communications:
o Design and rollout key stakeholder and practitioner communications such as TTT and program schedules, practice-wide communications, learning SPOCs communications, etc.
· Metrics/Reporting:
o Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level
o Work in partnership with the Delivery and National Evaluations teams to use standard metrics and develop any unique measurement requirements for projects
o Produce metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate
o Prepare debrief presentations to assist with the facilitation of program delivery discussions
Required:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree/MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGCHRM or equivalent degree
· Experience: Overall, 6+ years of deep experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in matrixed organizations focused on international markets. Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management
· Job location: Hyderabad
· Preferred skills:
o Familiarity with SharePoint, Data Insights tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI tools is critical
o Familiarity with understanding of L&D practices and methodologies
o Relevant experience in executing learning strategy/processes
o Experience in stakeholder management
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Higher levels of proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Power Point
o Must have a keen eye for data and analysis for meaningful insights
