Structured to achieve tight alignment with the businesses while advancing Deloitte’s brand in the marketplace, G&D team consists of dedicated Development Advisors and Subject Matter Advisors (SMAs).
Work you’ll do
You will partner with select Offering Portfolios in Consulting to align learning efforts with business priorities and strategic needs.
General responsibilities include:

o Strategy & Vision:
o Partner with the Growth and Development Lead and key business stakeholders to identify critical consulting capabilities needed to execute in the market.
o Contribute to the learning and development roadmap to build and deliver required capabilities.
o Contribute to the annual plan and budget for learning and talent development activities.
o Serve as a learning and talent development advisor on leading learning strategies to achieve business goals.
o Program Management:
o Plan and run key onboarding and continuous development programs, partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams.
o Manage participant registration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer workshops, and end-to-end program operations during delivery.
o Partner with SMEs and US teams to keep training materials up to date.
o Ensure an excellent practitioner experience during delivery and gather feedback regularly to assess ROI.
o Continuously identify ways to bring leading-edge technologies and concepts to enhance practitioner learning.
o Partner with the Learning Delivery and extended teams to use best-in-class talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support.
o Operations:
o Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
o Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, and publish key metrics to inform decisions.
o Streamline learning offerings to make learning more planned and predictable.
o Enhance operational efficiency by ensuring on-time deliveries and coach availability, leveraging the 3E framework across multiple career models.
o Communications:
o Lead the creation of key stakeholder communications such as scorecard updates, practice-wide communications, and Learning SPOC communications.
o Metrics/Reporting:
o Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners to improve learning and development programs.
o Partner with Delivery and National Evaluations teams to use standard metrics and develop unique measurement requirements as needed.
o Produce metric scorecards for learning programs, as appropriate.
o Prepare debrief presentations to support program delivery discussions.
Shift timings will be 2:00PM to 11:00 PM IST between Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
Graduation: Any graduation degree
Post-graduation: MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM or equivalent degree
Experience:
Overall 8+ years of progressively complex experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in matrixed organizations focused on international markets.
Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management
