Work you’ll do
As a Manager on DTA’s SEED team, you will manage a portfolio of high visibility onboarding programs building software engineering skills across the firm. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and influence critical developmental decisions. Key responsibilities include:
· Program Management:
· Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Launchpad/Engineering Bootcamp for USI new hire professionals through collaboration with SEED Team, multiple DTA teams, business leaders, Subject Matter Resources (SMRs), and colleagues across the Talent channel.
· Coordinate logistics for deliveries (scheduling, materials, trainers, etc.)
· Manage partnerships with external training vendors or certification providers
· Project Management Support:
· Support USI SEED Leads with overall project management of the bootcamp strategy and operations, collaborating closely with the various teams.
· Provide regular updates to leadership on status, reporting, planning, and future opportunities.
· Support annual planning process to identify priorities for next fiscal year based on evaluation of current fiscal programs, stakeholder input, and external tech landscape.
· Curriculum Design and Delivery:
· Support development and management of curriculum design and delivery for existing (non-new hire) professionals, collaborating closely with DTA’s curriculum team and broader set of business stakeholders.
· Other Responsibilities:
· Manage, coach and support the success of junior team members within and across teams via formal and informal reporting relationships.
· Lead continuous improvement efforts by maintaining and updating program curriculum based on feedback and/or changing learning requirements
· Create structure, organization, and clear processes to enable a seamless and effective learning program experience
· Exhibit a consultative mindset to assess current state, define future vision and define gaps
· Maintain an active curiosity about the latest trends in learning
· Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
· Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues
The Team
In our US India offices, the Learning & Development team supports capability development, professional networking and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a wholistic learning solution to business and come across as one.
Qualifications
Graduation: Any graduation degree
Post-graduation: DTD (ISTD), MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM or equivalent degree
Experience:
Overall 10+ years of progressively complex experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in matrixed organizations focused on international markets.
Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, learning strategy and design (especially for technology-related programs), vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management
Job location: Hyderabad
Work Model – 2 days’ work from Office, 3 days work from home
Timings – 9 AM to 6 PM
Preferred skills:
· Must be able create business value of Learning initiatives
· Action Oriented with focus on delivery and timelines
· High Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and project management
· Strong orientation towards contemporary trends in adult learning, and training. Demonstrated ability to put theory into practice
· Analyze Data in order to unearth performance gaps and validate hypotheses. Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel
· Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general, and technology related training in particular
· Familiarity with learning technologies—ability to independently work with cutting-edge technologies and enable their quick and wide adoption in the space of learning
