Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP): DLHP addresses skills development to enable business performance and the growth of our professionals’ human potential. DLHP aims to serve leaders at all levels via three areas of leadership skills development: Foundational Leadership, Marketplace Leadership and Human Potential. Work you’ll do
As Manager in the Leadership Foundations and Human Potential (LFHP) team in DLHP, you will be part of the design team contributing across research, ideation, design, development, and occasional facilitation—while collaborating with program management teams. Your objective will be to deliver innovative learning and development solutions that align with our talent development strategy and drive desired business outcomes, on time and within budget. Your day-to-day duties, tasks, and responsibilities include:
Strategy Development (10%)
- Support the creation of curriculum roadmaps based on lifecycles.
 - Ensure that learning solutions align with DLHP’s strategy, priorities, and enablers.
 - Analyze and compare diverse research findings and alternative solutions to inform decisions.
 - Translate conceptual and contextual research into actionable frameworks and solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall learning strategy.
 
Curriculum Design and Management (70%)
- Design and develop innovative learning solutions that transform conceptual research into engaging experiences, enabling the effective transfer and application of key skills to learners.
 - Leverage design thinking, instructional design, and user experience skills to create learner-centered experiences that align with learning industry trends and best practices
 - Collaborate with broader DLHP team members across geographies, internal thought leaders, academic partners, and SMEs, while leveraging digital platforms to accelerate learning outcomes.
 - Operate in an agile development environment that adapts to evolving learner needs and market dynamics.
 - Maintain a bias for scalability in learning solutions and maximizing the return on time invested for learners.
 - Collaborate with L&D teams, SMEs, program managers, participants and IFT to evaluate and enhance the learning portfolio’s reach and impact, ensuring alignment with evolving needs of both the business, learners, and locations.
 - Cultivate design and leadership skills expertise to serve as an advisor for senior leaders, offering insights on emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, and seamlessly integrating these insights into learning solutions.
 
Curriculum Management and Operations (20%)
- Serve as a proactive business advisor and learning expert, guiding stakeholders in understanding and leveraging DLHP solutions to address priority skill gaps.
 - Collaborate with the Risk Team to secure the required risk approvals for learning solutions.
 - Lead cross-portfolio operational and learning initiatives at the DLHP level.
 - Leverage dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to track the performance and utilization of courses, informing next steps and driving strategic improvements.
 - Set project priorities, contribute to multiple project threads, and deliver periodic status updates to stakeholders who need to be informed.
 - Engage and mobilize teams by revisiting priorities as needed to drive prioritized efforts and enable continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
 - Minimum 8-12 years of related experience in learning and development at large global organizations
 - Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
 - Collaborative mindset to share and implement best practices
 - Strong aptitude for instructional design skills, with an understating of AI in learning and project management
 - Consultative approach toward clients
 - Ability to lead with influence
 - Proficient Microsoft Office skills
 - Travel up to 20%
 
Preferred:
- Prior experience in designing leadership and professional skills programs for global audiences
 - Background in or exposure to psychology and organizational behavior
 - Prior consulting or professional services experience
 - Prior instructional/curriculum design expertise at a global organization
