Real Estate Services - Strategy Analyst/Sr. Analyst
Are you passionate about working with data and creating visually interactive reports and presentations? The role involves working with Real Estate Services (RES) leadership team and supporting them in strategic priorities/initiatives in line with function’s overall business objectives.
Work you’ll do
RES Strategy Analyst/Sr. Analyst role interacts regularly with the key stakeholders of US SP&O team to develop Real Estate strategy work product. The role also acts as a liaison with the other teams such as Information Technology, Talent etc. for information required from these teams for the final deliverable.
Essential Functions of the Role:
· Extract, clean and synthesize large volumes of data to develop compelling, insightful reports that aid in Real Estate decision-making
· Think analytically to visualize, articulate, conceptualize, or solve problems by making decisions based on available information
· Implement and improve quality controls across projects with a keen eye for detail; identify patterns, facts, and details to derive solutions to process-related issues
· Develop visually appealing, meaningful presentations for leadership summits
· Conceptualize/visualize business solutions and produce customized deliverables
· Assist management through data analytics with identification of problems, trends, and/or future space needs
· Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document process steps for each deliverable
· Manage the internal team site by regularly updating work-related projects; update the team log report daily
· Proactively identify and seek opportunities to enhance current processes, drive efficiency and improvements
· Conduct external or third-party research on Real Estate strategy and other topics as needed
· Foster high-impact cross-functional relationships (e.g., IT, Talent) to deliver insightful reports, improve data integrity/management, and help leadership evaluate and drive performance
· Adopt a consultative/partnering approach with stakeholders; ability to “wear many hats”
· Communicate efficiently and present deliverables in a cross-cultural environment
· Conduct business in a culturally sensitive manner with a global mindset
· Collaborate as a strong team player while also working independently with little/no support when needed
· Leverage approved Generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, and similar platforms to support research, data synthesis, content creation, and development of executive-ready deliverables.
· Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, analysis, and documentation tasks using GenAI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation techniques to improve efficiency, consistency, and turnaround time.
· Apply prompt engineering to translate stakeholder requirements into structured prompts, including context, constraints, assumptions, and expected output formats, and iteratively refine prompts for higher-quality outcomes.
· Support and refine AI-assisted workflows / agentic solutions for multi-step tasks such as information gathering, summarization, insight generation, presentation drafting, formatting, and quality checks.
· Implement AI-specific quality controls by validating outputs against source data, checking completeness and accuracy, flagging unsupported claims, and applying appropriate human review before sharing deliverables.
· Leverage Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve speed and consistency in analytics and insight delivery.
· Maintain reusable prompt and playbook libraries aligned to recurring RES outputs (dashboards, leadership readouts, summit packs) and embed learnings into SOPs and process documentation.

Qualifications & Expertise
· Business degree or post-graduation degree
· 3–7 years relevant work experience with emphasis in data analysis & reporting
· Experience working with a U.S. based company
· Must possess strong listening, oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
· Comfortable interacting with senior leadership (Senior Manager / Managing Director level)
· Advanced computer application skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail for reliable accuracy
· Experience in Visual Basic (Macros) preferred
· Experience working in a team and as an individual contributor
· Exposure to automation tools such as Python and Java preferred
· Hands-on experience with Power Automate to design, build, and manage automated workflows.
· Working knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar enterprise-approved platforms.
· Hands-on experience in using GenAI tools for research, summarization, presentation development, insight generation, and task automation.
· Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective AI-assisted solutions.
· Exposure to create or configure AI agents / agentic workflows to automate repetitive business processes and improve productivity.
· Understanding of responsible AI practices, including output validation, confidentiality, and appropriate usage of enterprise AI tools.
