Analyst/Sr. Analyst – Workplace Experience and Design (WED) Support
Are you passionate about enhancing workplace experience through data-driven insights, innovative design, and impactful change management? As a WED Support Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with Real Estate Services (RES) and Workplace Experience leadership to drive strategic initiatives that elevate employee experience and workplace effectiveness. This position is part of Strategy & Analytics vertical within the India-based US support Real Estate team.
Work you’ll do
As a WED Support Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will:
· Partner with key stakeholders to support workplace experience and design projects aligned with business objectives.
· Assist in executing Workplace Measurement Projects, including:
o Manage workplace data requests and analyze metrics such as badge access, sensor data, and feedback from focus groups.
o Design observation study routes for each floor and maintain supporting Excel sheets.
o Oversee meeting invite management and related communications for focus groups and leadership interviews.
o Update and maintain the Measurement survey tool to ensure accurate data collection; deliver analysis and reporting.
o Prepare and update launch decks, including mural board content, to support project rollouts.
o Create and update post-move decks to communicate outcomes and learnings.
o Maintain the measurement dashboard by gathering and reporting data.
· Support Change Management initiatives to support workplace transformation and adoption of new practices.
· Provide support for the WELL at Scale program to help Deloitte achieve and maintain WELL certification across its real estate portfolio.
· Extract, clean, and synthesize large volumes of data to develop compelling, insightful reports that inform workplace strategy and decision-making.
· Develop visually engaging and meaningful presentations for leadership meetings and stakeholder communications.
· Demonstrate expertise in dashboard development, especially in Power BI, to deliver actionable insights and track key workplace metrics.
· Assist management through advanced data analytics to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
· Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all deliverables and processes.
· Conduct external and third-party research on workplace experience, design, and related topics.
· Foster high-impact relationships with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity, management, and business performance.
· Communicate effectively and present deliverables in a cross-cultural, global environment.
· Collaborate as a team player and work independently when required.

This role of Workplace Experience & Design support Analyst/Senior Analyst will be part of the Strategy and Analytics group within the Real Estate Strategy Planning and Operations (SP&O) team.
Qualifications & Expertise
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
· 1–5 years of relevant work experience, with emphasis on workplace experience, data analysis, and reporting
· Hands-on experience in dashboard development; Advanced proficiency Power BI and MS Excel
· Strong skills in creating insightful PowerPoint presentations and visualizations
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience in Change management and Workplace Measurement projects
· Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
· Ability to interact with senior leadership (Senior Manager/Managing Director level)
· Experience working both independently and as part of a team
· Exposure to creating dashboards in Mural is a plus
