Operations Specialist – Real Estate Services
Do you excel at coordinating project and vendor activities, financial administration, compliance, and operational support? As an Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate financial tracking, timely payments, and regulatory adherence while partnering with diverse business groups to drive high-performing real estate operations.
Work you’ll do
As an Operations Specialist, supporting Deloitte US India portfolio, your key activities will include:
Vendor & Project Financial Processing
· Support vendor onboarding, renewals, and payments, including purchase order issuance, invoice validation, and resolution of discrepancies
· Track end-to-end purchase requests, orders, and budget changes using digital and physical trackers
· Support timely payment processing and address vendor and stakeholder queries
· Ensure timely closure of project documentation
Compliance & Operations Support
· Reconcile and validate expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Maintain documentation for all financial and project transactions for audit readiness
· Prepare weekly dashboards and status reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
· Support GST registrations and regulatory documentation for new offices and expansions
Team Collaboration & Issue Resolution
· Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Property Accounting, and other internal partners to address operational requests and support business needs
· Analyze process bottlenecks and propose improvements for efficiency and automation
· Lead the escalation and resolution of exceptions and critical issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field required
- 3 – 6 years of relevant work experience with financial processes desired, with an emphasis in purchase requests, invoice processing, budget tracking, and corresponding on inquiries
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with multi-stakeholder coordination and process improvement
- Ability to work in teams and individually, on multiple projects simultaneously, and under deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, analytical, self-motivated and possess a team attitude
- Knowledge on Real Estate domain is preferred
