Contract Management – Analyst, Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP)

The team
The successful candidate will provide risk management support to the Contract and Risk Managers in Deloitte Canada’s Technology and Transformation (T&T), OperateNext business throughout the contracting lifecycle ranging from deploying structured contract management processes for compliance of contractual commitments and deliverables and tracking of contractual obligations.
As an Analyst, you should be able to consistently apply a base of knowledge to matters that arise, identify, and resolve exceptions to policies and professional standards in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities would include:
· Review, create, monitor contract summaries and track obligations to validate that these are met in line with terms and conditions including obligations and deliverables.
· Review and manage trackers for work-in-progress contracts and work-at-risk items, capture action items and update status accordingly.
· Assist with reviews related to Statement of Works (SOWs) and Change Requests (CR’s) as required.
· Collaborate with the Stakeholders, Canadian Contract & Risk Managers on risk and contract management activities.
· Participate in other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and experience Required:
- Educational Qualification: LLB / MBA or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of relevant post qualification experience; relevant certifications (e.g., WorldCC) are an advantage.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining commercial contracts and preparing risk summaries.
- Contract management experience in professional services agreements, complex information technology (IT) consulting, IT outsourcing, and IT professional services projects will be a vital asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment and work autonomously.
- Advance level in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, familiarity with contract management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Excellent team player, self-motivated, result driven, with ability to tackle conflicting priorities.
- · Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to business needs as it evolves.
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
