Role description
Senior analyst, part of the EMEA Tax & Legal (T&L) Dbriefs Webcast Programme team, will support practitioners in the delivery of topical T&L webcasts to clients across the region. The Dbriefs programme showcases Deloitte’s talent, expertise and experience to build eminence in the external marketplace and strengthen client engagement. The role is an integral part of the program delivery model, working closely with supporting stakeholders to ensure each webcast runs smoothly and delivers engaging, high-quality and compliant content for clients. The Senior Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success of Deloitte’s flagship EMEA Dbriefs programme.
- Working in collaboration with the Programme Manager, the role will take ownership of the administration required to prepare and run webcasts within the Dbriefs programme and for internal stakeholders.
- The role will interact with senior Deloitte partners, requiring the role holder to be confident, engaging, and able to communicate clearly with a high level of attention to detail.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tax & Legal (T&L) leaders to establish trusted partnerships, encourage collaboration, and promote best practices.
- Schedule and administer webcasts and rehearsals, including a small amount of HTML coding.
- Review and proofread presentations, ensuring all collateral is brand compliant.
- Prepare registration pages and support user interfaces.
- Maintain mailing lists and send regular newsletters through Marketo.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications.
- Work with brands & channels team to produce marketing materials, including banner images and webpages and maintaining the EMEA Dbriefs website.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to provide feedback to teams and identify potential connection opportunities.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager, Marketing Leads, and the T&L client development team to ensure Lead Business Partners are informed of their client’s involvement in the programme.
Requirements
· Postgraduate preferably an MBA in marketing with 3-5 years of experience in managing virtual events.
· Experience supporting virtual events/webcasts end-to-end, including rehearsals, run-of-show, speaker prep, and live session support.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, able to challenge constructively and manage last-minute changes.
· Operational excellence mindset with the ability to create checklists, timelines, and repeatable processes to ensure consistent delivery.
· Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills, that clearly articulates priorities and expectations.
· Data- and insights-oriented, able to track performance metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement) and translate them into actionable improvements.
· Genuine interest in webcast/webinar delivery, with an appreciation for how technology enables engaging virtual experiences.
· HTML familiarity is an advantage (not essential) for supporting registration pages and webcast set-up.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint (deck formatting/quality) and Outlook (calendar and stakeholder coordination).
· Power BI/Tableau familiarity for reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce is preferred.
· Highly organised and process-driven, with a structured approach to planning, tracking and completing tasks.
· Great attention to detail, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent and compliant.
· Proactive self-starter and able to prioritise effectively, take ownership, and keep work moving without close supervision.
· Experience working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST (6:30 – 3:30 BST/GMT)
