Senior Analyst – Brand management, Marketing Operations Hub – USI NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Role description
A Senior Analyst on the Brand Management team will support the delivery of brand-related activities across the firm. The brand programme helps protect and enhance Deloitte’s brand reputation by ensuring consistent, high-quality application of brand standards across channels and platforms. The role is an integral part of the brand operating model, working closely with key stakeholders to coordinate governance, administration, and analytical support, ensuring brand activity is delivered efficiently and in line with required guidelines. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling a consistent and compelling brand experience across the organisation.
Brand mailbox & brand governance
- Lead the brand mailbox as the firmwide first point of contact, delivering timely, confident guidance grounded in brand standards, policies, and governance.
- Own triage and resolution across guidelines, third-party/partnership branding, artwork approvals, and merchandise approvals; escalate high-risk or complex matters with clear context and recommendations.
Templafy
- Own day-to-day administration and quality control of templates in Templafy, ensuring accurate, compliant, and consistent outputs across the firm.
- Drive template refresh cycles and continuous improvements (content and usability), resolving “My Support” issues and coordinating efficiently with internal teams and external partners.
Brand intranet management
- Manage brand intranet content operations, keeping guidance current, well-structured, and optimised for self-service.
- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to navigation, findability, and content clarity based on user needs and recurring query trends.
Brand training
- Coordinate end-to-end operational delivery of the brand training program, including scheduling, invitations, attendee management, and system administration.
- Maintain and refresh training materials, ensuring consistency with evolving standards and incorporating feedback to improve effectiveness.
Branded merchandise
- Manage day-to-day merchandise account operations, ensuring product approvals, brand compliance, and content accuracy are executed consistently.
- Oversee stock tracking and reporting, and support cross-charging and invoicing processes with strong attention to detail and stakeholder follow-through.
Digital signage
- Provide governance support for digital signage by reviewing content for brand compliance and readiness to publish.
- Coordinate publishing logistics (upload/schedule/remove) and manage the forward pipeline of content requirements and deadlines with key stakeholders.
Requirements
· Postgraduate, preferably an MBA in marketing with 3-5 years of experience in brand management.
- Strong administrative and operational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, with confidence providing clear guidance and timely, accurate responses to queries.
- Confident written communicator, skilled at providing clear, practical guidance in response to queries.
- Strong organisational capability, able to manage processes end-to-end and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a wide range of internal teams.
- Strong interest in brand management and how brands are built, protected, and applied in large organisations.
- Good understanding of brand principles and the importance of brand consistency across a complex brand architecture (sub-brands, business units, offerings, naming, third parties, and partnerships).
- Able to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into actionable direction that teams can apply to real projects.
- Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS), templates, and digital platforms to maintain and improve brand guidance.
- Experience working with brand guidelines or marketing standards is highly preferred.
