Assistant Manager – UX&DEV – D.com Support, USI BSO NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Assistant Manager will support our Deloitte Netherlands team in delivering the marketing activities and initiatives, working closely with key internal stakeholders. The team will engage your wide-ranging skills in program management coordination, and marketing.

The Brand, Marketing, Digital & Eminence team is at the forefront of driving market impact.
This role will be key in managing and improving our web presence, ensuring a smooth user experience and up-to-date content. We are looking for a creative and skilled webmaster who can enhance our digital efforts using their knowledge of web technologies and CMS systems. The successful candidate will be proactive, work well with different teams, and use data to continuously improve our web performance.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the Page Lifecycle: Create, edit, and maintain websites and, ensuring proper management and regular updates.
- Continuous Optimization: Ensuring a smooth user experience and up-to-date content across all platforms while focusing on SEO optimization of existing pages.
- Asset & Component Management: Manage digital assets in DAM (Digital Asset Management) & ensure proper tagging & categorization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and communications teams to deploy digital initiatives (campaigns, microsites, etc.).
- Technical Maintenance: Managing the technical aspects of the website using CMS (mainly AEM, SharePoint) and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor page performance using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Stakeholder & Project Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate project pipelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
- Digital channel management and optimization.
- Proactively offering support to team members where necessary. This may include event/programme administrative support.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Web Languages: HTML5, CSS, (nice to have).
- Experience with CMS: AEM, SharePoint, or similar content management systems.
- SEO Knowledge: Optimizing existing pages, conducting audits, and implementing SEO strategies.
- Solid UX Understanding: A good sense of user experience to ensure smooth navigation.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to implement complex projects.
Skills Preferred:
- Visual Design Skills: Adobe Photoshop for light graphic adjustments.
- Email Marketing Experience: Creating and managing campaigns (ideally Marketo).
- Web Analytics Tools: Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Proactive & Structured Approach: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Qualifications required:
- A University degree in Digital Marketing fields, Web, IT, or a related subject.
- Good writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Previous professional experience of a minimum of 5-6 years.
- Keeping up to date with inbound marketing strategies, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email, and web analytics (preferably using Omniture/Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics).
- Flexibility, proactiveness, structured thinking, and quality orientation.
- Initiative, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage numerous projects simultaneously for different internal stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter who takes accountability for seamlessly managing multi-faceted engagements
- Passion for improving efficiencies and experimenting with new tools and processes e.g. Generative AI
