Assistant Manager, Internal Communications Digital Platforms Enabling Functions, Clients & Markets, Hyderabad

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager, Internal Communications Digital Platforms, will play a central role in developing and delivering a strategic improvement plan for the UK’s globally managed SharePoint Modern intranet platform and other internal digital platforms. You will also support the exploration of new digital workplace solutions across NSE.
Responsibilities
- Lead the content team to drive the adoption of the internal communications strategy.
- Manage content production, publication, and curation across internal digital platforms.
- Deliver high-quality recurring activities, recommend improvements, and identify potential issues.
- Provide recommendations aligned with objectives based on key stakeholder briefs.
- Launch internal content and liaise with stakeholders.
- Develop information architecture and wireframes for efficient site navigation.
- Enhance on-page and off-page SEO for better search rankings, including regular audits.
- Partner with the UK to develop long-term search proposals and improvements.
- Regularly update content and manage website maintenance in line with agreed style/rules and guidelines.
- Recommend appropriate technologies and platforms for project needs.
- Extract monthly metric reports and develop dashboards for client use.
- Manage permissions, including onboarding for editors/approvers and regular audits.
- Conduct regular content audits and enhance templates using data, best practices, and feedback.
- Partner with clients to enhance their digital experience using UAT, data, and best practices.
- Engage and build the publisher community.
- Provide out-of-hours on-call support as needed.
- Provide first-level technical and content troubleshooting.
- Represent and work on global activities to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate task deadlines and communications for assigned tasks.
- Foster performance goals aligned with the internal communications strategy.
- Maintain and use a team knowledge base for formal and informal knowledge.
- Foster a proactive and curious approach for continual improvement.
- Develop communication output, respond to briefs/requests, and scan content for knowledge.
- Run agreed projects and long-term standard activities, setting timelines, and reporting on completion rates.
- Build and apply knowledge of the business, especially the UK, within Deloitte’s matrix organization.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an improvement strategy for the SharePoint Modern intranet platform (DNet) in the UK.
- Use technical and influencing skills to optimize existing technology and drive improvements.
- Lead and manage the performance management of digital platforms team in USI
- Support self-service content owners to maintain high-quality content standards.
- Advocate for the UK in global forums and build relationships across the wider Deloitte network.
- Implement platform changes impacting the intranet and troubleshoot technical and process issues.
- Champion DeloitteNet across the Internal Communications community and broader firm.

- Experience in implementing and managing content lifecycle processes and governance for large organizations.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The Clients & Markets team at Hyderabad supports Deloitte UK with capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Post Graduate Degree.
- 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in Content Management and client interaction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to track production and quality metrics.
- Teaming and inter-team collaboration skills.
