Assistant Manager – PowerBI Reporting Specialist/Support - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The PowerBI Reporting Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing Finance and CRM reports using PowerBI. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
PowerBI Report Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain Finance and CRM reports using PowerBI.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and report design.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Project Management
Lead and manage reporting projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
Vendor Collaboration
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and enhance report functionality.
• Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback.
Data Analysis and Insights
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support decision-making processes with accurate and timely data analysis.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• Proven experience in PowerBI report development
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and solve problems creatively.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, planning market research projects, and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Effective stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and experience working with third-party service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in task execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial data is a plus.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools
