Analyst – Data Management and CRM Specialist - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Data Management and CRM Specialist is responsible for managing data within Salesforce (Jupiter), ensuring data accuracy, creating and distributing reports, providing CRM training, and supporting integration with other systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to support various business lines and stakeholders.
Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
Data Management:
• Approve cases in Salesforce (Jupiter) and review accounts for mastering.
• Handle attribute changes such as updates in Industry, LCSP, Hierarchy, and merging of accounts, coordinating with DME Data Stewards for verification and approval.
• Monitor the overall data health and behaviour of accounts and opportunities across all business lines.
• Tag accounts and opportunities, including yearly strategic accounts tagging as rolled out by the Growth Team, and ensure updates by the Salesforce (Jupiter) Central team.
Closed Opportunity Updates:
• Update information in opportunities, including adding opportunity splits, values, and reopening auto-abandoned opportunities.
• Sales Credit Management:
• Update sales credit roles to none/primary in Salesforce (Jupiter) for Manager and below Manager grades.
• Ensure user profiles are updated with the correct Data Admin group.
Report Creation and Distribution:
• Create and distribute industry, strategic account, and business line reports.
• Provide ad-hoc support for creating reports and presentations for the Growth team, including opportunities, pipeline, and sales reports.
• Generate accounts reports for Power BI.
• Monitor CAF reports for SR&T and T&T opportunities.
• Create and distribute DME quarterly pipeline reports.
• Create and distribute Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Create and distribute Strategy & Transactions portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Generate and share weekly reports with Admins, EA’s/BU champions.
Salesforce (Jupiter) Training:
• Provide individual and BU-wide Salesforce (Jupiter) training refreshers.
Exco Reporting:
• Identify and address gaps in the Exco report and prepare Salesforce (Jupiter) presentation slides for Exco.
• Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:
• Check discrepancies in data and ensure accurate tagging of accounts and opportunities for correct flow in dashboards.
Integration:
• Work closely with QRM and finance to ensure data accuracy in integration from Salesforce (Jupiter) to D365.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
• Experience in data management and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (Jupiter).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience in training and supporting CRM users.
