Join our Central Business Services team and collaborate with an extended UK industry group to build strong working relationships and drive impact. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior / Lead Salesforce Einstein Analytics Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves the end-to-end management of our Einstein Analytics (now Tableau CRM) platform, from strategic requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization. In this role, you will lead the creation of a unified strategy for reporting and drawing insights from Salesforce data across the NSE region, supporting the effective execution of the NSE Vision.

Reporting & Analytics
- Building robust data pipelines and ensuring quality, accurate data within Salesforce Einstein Analytics using tools like Dataflows, Recipes, and Prediction Builder.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Einstein Analytics projects, from initial planning and research through development, rigorous testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Lead the design and development of intuitive, impactful dashboards, reports, and visualisations that effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse business audiences.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring the continuous performance and reliability of analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through rigorous validation, monitoring, and the implementation of data governance policies.
- Utilise advanced Einstein Analytics features, SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), and best practices in data storytelling to create actionable intelligence.
- Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are accessible, engaging, and drive user adoption.
- Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of existing Einstein Analytics solutions, applying industry best practices for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Partnering with business leaders and clients to define analytics strategies, manage expectations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Defining KPIs and delivering insightful reports that inform management and drive organizational improvement.
- Working closely with diverse departments and global teams to ensure analytics meet broad organizational needs.
- Implementing data governance policies and monitoring key data quality metrics to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information across the organization.
- Adept at presenting complex data and analysis in a clear, accessible way for diverse business audiences.
KPIs
- Design and agree consistent set of KPIs to be standardised across NSE (should include Business KPIs related to pipeline performance and account activity)
- Establish regular reporting cadence and materials to monitor and track progress against KPIs
- Produce and provide regular updates to NSE Jupiter Leader, NSE C&I Executive on progress against KPIs, identifying where leadership intervention may be required
Data Maintenance & Integrity
- Champion data quality and integrity – overseeing a network of Geo Data Stewards as well as interlink with teams such as CDMS, SWIFT, CIR etc.

Other duties:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish and grow the reporting network and community across NSE teams (Jupiter, Salesforce, C&I, Industry, Business, etc.).
- Coordinate and oversee the network of Reporting Champions across the Geography Jupiter network.
- Provide responsive support for ad hoc reporting and analysis requests to NSE Leads and Geography Clients & Industry Leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all NSE reporting and analytics queries, offering dedicated expertise.
- Support the ad hoc development of materials for executive and leadership meetings.
- Track project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Continuously test, challenge, review, and optimize reporting and analytics options to deliver actionable insights and enhance leadership updates.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2PM to 11PM (Indian Standard time)
The team
The Central Business Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate degree, MCA, or CRM specialization
- Over 6 years of relevant experience
- Expert-level proficiency in building and optimising dataflows, recipes, and datasets within Einstein Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) for complex data manipulation and custom dashboard logic.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models; experienced in salesforce reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, particularly senior leaders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
- A strong commitment to data quality, governance, and best practices.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in remote, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive projects forward despite ambiguity or incomplete information
- Advanced Excel skills for creating complex, scalable, and robust models
- Proficient in PowerPoint, able to communicate information simply and effectively
