Analyst - USI NSE F&BO NL HR services - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The role based out of Hyderabad for Netherland Deloitte on fulltime basis, supporting back-office HR process for GSC team, role involves onboarding, offboarding and working on resolving tickets created by NL employees via ServiceNow for Talent Employment Services team which includes SAP changes.
Work you will do:
Work on the tickets received via ServiceNow tool and make the necessary changes in SAP PA30 & PA40 as per the employee requests e.g.

Offboarding – We offboard the employee from SAP which includes delimiting and terminating the access of employee from SAP and AVD for all NL & USI with NL ID’s and share the relieving and experience letter (only for non-USI colleagues)
- Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness.
- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Eager to learn and explore new technologies to accommodate business challenges and help shape the (digital) future of Deloitte Tax & Legal
- Self-starter, with the ability to work in a team and with various stakeholders & giving administrative support to the NL HR team.
- You should be able to work on critical NL tasks and train your immediate subordinate.
- Being in regular contact with the NL HR team you work with to discuss processes, share feedback.
- Updating information in different databases (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow,4me).
- Helping onboarding new members to the firm, either Young Graduate or Experienced.
- You should encourage team members for smooth workflow and keep an eye on errors and escalations.
- You must make sure SLA of tasks are not missed and are processed on priority.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant 1+ years of experience in similar role/corporate organization.
- Prior experience of HR & learning is required.
- Experience in ERP or MS Office Tools will be an added advantage.
