Role & Responsibilities
· Own and evolve Deloitte’s video and motion creative strategy, translating brand and business priorities into a modern, scalable content and storytelling ecosystem.
· Drive innovation by exploring new storytelling techniques and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of creative innovation, while delivering high-quality work and ensuring brand integrity, accessibility, and risk/compliance alignment.
· Build, inspire, and mentor a diverse, high-performing creative team—including art directors, motion designers, and editors—fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
· Partner with creative directors, producers, strategists, marketers, and account teams to ensure every video is strategy-led and true to Deloitte’s voice.
· Manage the planning and oversight of enterprise-wide budgets, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships to maximize creative impact and operational efficiency.
· Serve as a senior creative advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders, providing best-in-class creative counsel, and strategic recommendations that elevate Deloitte’s brand and business outcomes.
Skills required
· Visionary leadership with proven ability to clearly articulate and sell transformative creative ideas.
· Mastery of live-action, animation, experiential, and interactive media production like Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), along with Cinema 4D and hands-on experience in AI tools.
· Deep understanding of brand strategy, audience analytics, and content performance.
· Exceptional stakeholder-management and strategic negotiation abilities.
· Strong business acumen to align creative ambitions with commercial objectives.
Required qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Film/Design/Communications/Business strongly preferred.
· Recognized industry accolades (Cannes Lions, Clio, Webby, etc.) are desirable.
Work experience
· 16+ years leading top-tier creative organizations or studios.
· Proven record of delivering award-winning campaigns and driving measurable outcomes.
· Experience managing global teams, enterprise budgets, and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
