Role & Responsibilities
· Partner closely with internal stakeholders and client account teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality motion graphics across platforms—including websites, mobile, social media, and digital advertising—ensuring all assets meet project requirements and expectations.
· Lead the creative process by developing original concepts and compelling storyboards that visually interpret video scripts while aligning with brand messaging, audience engagement goals, and strategic objectives.
· Manage and oversee the full post-production workflow, including reviewing and approving edits, motion graphics, and basic visual effects (VFX), ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
· Continuously research emerging trends, tools, and technologies in motion design. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and foster a culture of innovation and creative excellence.
· Transform raw footage into dynamic, professional deliverables through editing, color correction, transitions, effects, and integrated motion graphics to elevate the viewer experience.
· Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to strategically integrate video and motion assets across campaigns and channels, ensuring consistency and maximum impact.
Skills required
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
· Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D applications for integrating 3D elements.
· Proficient in leveraging industry-standard plugins (such as Maxon, Element 3D, etc.) to elevate the quality and creativity of video deliverables.
· Strong ability to guide visual style and craft compelling narratives through effective art direction and storytelling techniques.
· Skilled at balancing creative vision with project timelines and budgetary constraints to ensure successful delivery.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including providing clear, actionable feedback to team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
Required qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia & Animation, or Visual Effects
· A comprehensive portfolio highlighting expertise in motion design, art direction, and creative leadership.
· Exposure to Agile or Workfront workflows is a plus.
Work experience
· 7–9 years of hands-on experience in video and motion graphics.
