Content Strategy, Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Pursuits Center of Excellence, Hyderabad

The Team

Based in the US, India and Costa Rica, this team is a full-service group of pursuit managers, graphic designers, editors, project managers, multimedia specialists, and researchers who directly support US-based client service teams in differentiating Deloitte and winning more business. We deliver support throughout the proposal process, from scoping meetings and written proposal submission through orals preparation and debriefing. This includes developing strategic win themes and written, oral, and visual messaging used consistently in all prospect interactions and pursuit deliverables, as well as facilitating a smooth, rigorous pursuit process.

Work you’ll do

·       Play a lead role in advancing content strategy within the Pursuit Management organization.

·       Participate in the design, curation, and optimization of pursuit content—including templates and AI-enhanced proposal drafts—while integrating advanced technologies.

·       Drive innovation and efficiency in our content management.

·       Focus on positioning our content so pursuit professionals and client teams can easily access and leverage best-in-class, relevant materials.

·       Help client teams win more business.

Content Strategy, Curation, Development, & Management

·       Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive content management strategy aligned with organizational goals.

·       Oversee and optimize the organization, curation, and accessibility of content by applying best practices in categorization, tagging, and taxonomy, ensuring alignment with company standards, version control and streamlined updates.

·       Leverage data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to enhance the relevance, consistency, and impact of proposal content.

·       Establish and maintain robust content lifecycle management policies, including confidentiality, and support knowledge sharing and collaboration through the development and management of knowledge repositories.

·       Collaborate with subject matter experts to surface key themes and ensure content strategy adapts to evolving client requirements and market trends.

Technology Enablement, AI Integration and Process Improvement

·       Provide guidance on adapting technology platforms and, where appropriate, customizing AI models with organization-specific data to elevate content quality.

·       Collaborate with pursuit leadership to refine content management processes, integrating technology and AI for streamlined workflow automation and efficiency.

·       Drive operational efficiency through process automation enabled by advanced technologies, including GenAI where applicable.

·       Mentor team members in maintaining quality assurance standards and proactively addressing technology- and AI-related risks.

·       Utilize analytics tools, including AI-driven insights, to identify interdependencies and consult with subject matter experts as needed.

Team Collaboration & Training

·       Provide guidance and training to the team on integrating GenAI tools into content management workflows, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

·       Solicit regular feedback from stakeholders and hold touchpoints to ensure high client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

·       Drive high performance and collaboration across pursuit management and client engagement teams, championing the adoption of AI tools and practices.

·       Build eminence for the team within the pursuit group and across stakeholder communities by showcasing advancements in AI-enabled content management.

Qualifications

·       Assistant Manager (6-8 years) / Deputy Manager (9-10 years) of post-Master’s degree relevant experience.

·       Proven experience with content strategy, curation and management.

·       Strong understanding of digital content and other leading-edge technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics tools.

·       Experience in business development and presales activities (such as RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and client presentations) is highly preferred.

·       Expertise in prompt engineering concepts and best practices; certification preferred (e.g., Prompt Engineering for GenAI, OpenAI Prompt Engineering).

·       Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

·       Intellectual curiosity and rapid learning ability across diverse topics.

·       Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
