Work you will do:
- Partner with Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors, and business leaders to shape and execute multifaceted campaigns and experiences across digital, print, motion, and emerging platforms
- Leverage conceptual thinking to develop and champion creative concepts from brainstorming and moodboard to storyboarding and final execution
- Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout projects
- Present and articulate creative solutions to project stakeholders, advocating for innovative ideas that drive business goals
- Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and have an enviable self-starting work ethic
- Help drive project workflows using project management tools to support team alignment, efficient collaboration, and deadline success
- Stay ahead of current design trends, technologies, and cultural shifts—actively bringing new inspiration and knowledge to the team

Qualifications Required
- 6+ years of professional design experience, with proven conceptual and executional skills
- Strong online portfolio showcasing diverse creative work and creative process
- Fluency across the Adobe Creative Suite with proven expertise in digital, traditional, and emerging delivery models
- Familiarity with digital/motion platforms and UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, XD)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or business teams; agency or in-house background preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong English proficiency
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, Agile team environment
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Design, Visual Communications or a similar field
- Experience supporting or leading teams on end-to-end campaigns
- Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools such as Workfront
