Roles & Responsibilities:
· Partner closely with the Creative director, generating your own ideas while inspiring your teams to do the same by overseeing projects, maintaining high level of accuracy, quality, and impact across all deliverables.
· Analyse stakeholder’s expectation, generating your own ideas and execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant, strategically on point, and seamlessly executed, on time and on budget.
· Continually research marketing trends, strategies, and new technologies to find best-fit tools across all media.
· Manage the creative process and keep things flowing smoothly, continually reviewing and optimizing the creative work your team produces.
· Create distinctive visuals in a variety of media, including print, digital, video, web design, visual identity and style guide creation.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
· Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
· Conceptualize and design original artwork/illustrations to accompany articles, reports, and publications—translating ideas into clear visual concepts aligned to brand.
· Create data visualizations (charts/graphs/infographics) and partner with a Data Visualization Lead to review data, refine visual accuracy, and execute final assets.
· Design bespoke InDesign layouts for long-form PDF reports and prepare production-ready files.
· Design PowerPoint layouts and templates for stakeholder teams.
· Train teammates on emerging AI tools to help productivity such as Adobe Express, and Figma.

· Collaborative delivery mindset: Partner well with writers, creative leads, and stakeholders; handles feedback well.
· Learning agility: Quickly learns new tools/workflows and applies them on live work.
Skills required
· Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly), Figma, and MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
· Experience designing print collateral such as PDF reports, articles, brochures, 1-pagers, event signage, etc.
· Experience in creating social, email & web graphics.
· Data visualization / information design: ability to turn complex data into clear charts, infographics, and frameworks.
· Brand application skills: ability to work within Deloitte and Deloitte Insights branding framework for cohesive visual systems.
· Data-viz tool familiarity (plus): Exposure to advanced charting in Adobe Illustrator.
· Adobe Express experience (plus): Creating quick-turn videos.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Design, Visual Communications or a similar field.
· Strong online portfolio demonstrating innovative work across multiple channels.
Work Experience
· 10+ years of professional design experience, with proven conceptual and executional skills.
· Exposure to Agile or Workfront workflows is a plus.
· AI learning mindset: Willingness to learn and adopt new AI-enabled tools/workflows to improve speed and quality while following brand, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
