Global Consulting Services Operate Overview:
The Global Consulting Services Operate Sales Excellence team is comprised of professionals whose focus is to scale and grow CS Operate globally through sales program initiatives that activate CS Operate services in the market and enable pursuit teams to win deals. This team is a key pillar within the overall Global Consulting Services Operate team.
Overview of the role:
In this role, the professional will work with teams across the Global Consulting Services (GCS) practice, the GCS Operate team, and the Green Dot Operate team. The professional will deliver consistent and integrated Operate CBG sales, pipeline, and revenue reporting, as well as dashboards across MF, industry, and portfolio views, ensuring strong data quality, clear definitions, and an aligned reporting cadence. Responsibilities also include conducting target analysis and setting, alongside business- and solution-specific performance analytics and insights (for example, growth plays such as Finance Operate) to explain key drivers, variances, and trends. Additionally, the role will enable pipeline growth by creating actionable insights, tools, and targeted opportunity lists—such as identifying expiring contracts, renewal/extension opportunities, whitespace, and priority pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance Management:
· Own end‑to‑end monthly Sales & Pipeline reporting, including data extraction from Jupiter and offline sources, maintenance of YTD and historical repositories, and preparation of leadership‑ready presentations
· Design, maintain, and enhance Sales Excellence and Jupiter dashboards, ensuring alignment with GCS/GCSO metrics and evolving business requirements
· Coordinate revenue actuals and forecasting inputs, consolidate forecasts, and develop sales and pipeline plans using quantitative models, validating assumptions with MF teams
Advanced Analytics and Business Insights:
· Drive deep‑dive analytics across closed‑lost deals, win/conversion rates, I‑O conversion, attach rates, seasonality trends, and mega‑deal pipeline sufficiency, renewals, translating analysis into clear business insights and recommendations
· Perform gap analysis and data/process alignment with other broader Operate teams, especially during MF transitions and Jupiter migrations
· Support IDC dashboards, and other ad‑hoc leadership requests with high‑quality analytical inputs
Member Firm (MF) Engagement and Stakeholder Management:
· Take full ownership of monthly MF engagement activities, including preparation of MF‑specific Sales Excellence decks and support for leadership reviews and calls
· Act as the primary analytics partner for MF stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight‑driven deliverables
Data Quality, Governance, and Cross‑Team Support:
· Validate and reconcile outputs across multiple cross‑business reports (e.g., CBG, EPD, GP, ETP, FinCrime, Finance Operate) to ensure data consistency and accuracy
· Own Jupiter report validation for relevant businesses and operational units
· Identify opportunities to automate recurring Sales, Pipeline, and Growth Platform reporting to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
Requisite Core Skills:
· Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple projects
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
· Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
· Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, business writing, including logical data structuring and proficiency in storyboarding techniques to derive meaningful insights
· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead/co-lead initiatives given aggressive timelines and adapt approaches to different cultures, communication styles, and working styles
· Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to develop a network among primary stakeholders across the thread/team. Adept at building consensus and taking stakeholders’ perspective into account while forging and maintaining relationships
· Experienced in collaborating effectively across team and career levels, including virtual team environment
· Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
· Must possess the ability to manage and disseminate highest level of confidential information
· Added advantage: Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
· Added advantage: Write and edit Macros in Excel, create dashboards on Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint knowledge and familiarity with online meeting platforms like MS Teams and Zoom
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
· Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
· Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
· Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
· Location: Hyderabad
· Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
· Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
· Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule
