Position Summary

Level: Oracle AI Architect – Manager/Specialist Master

As an Oracle AI Architect, you'll be part of the architecting advanced AI/Gen AI solutions using the latest ML technologies combined with Oracle products and technologies including SAAS, PAAS products, OCI and Oracle AI Agent Studio. Your work will significantly impact sectors like financial services, telecom, healthcare, and code generation by creating distributed, scalable, high-performance solutions for strategic customers

Work you’ll do:

Work with key customers and accompany them on their AI journey – understanding their requirements, help them envision and design and build the right solutions and work together with their ML engineering to remove blockers. Architect AI/ML solutions to be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to solve complex customer problems. Influence the design, implementation, and the actual roll out and operations of customer solutions leveraging Oracle technologies on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Design and implement agentic workflows using diverse frameworks, incorporating prompt engineering to optimize performance.

The Team:

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

· Experience relevant to the functional area, with architect experience of 8+ years in AI/ML.
· Proven track record designing, building, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments with at least 1-2 implementations.
· Experience building solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including Functions, OKE, and storage services.
· Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.), and embeddings.
· Proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and containerized development (Docker/K8s).
· A passion for continuous learning, prototyping, and implementing state-of-the-art GenAI capabilities.
· Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic solutions, and advanced ML techniques (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model optimization).
· Ability to mentor and guide junior AI engineers.

Good to Have Skills

Ability to design AI agent solutions utilizing Oracle AI Agent Studio, setting technical direction and standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, math or equivalent.
