Overview of the role
The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Consulting Services Leaders, driving executive decision making. They will enable global leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help accelerate execution of our Global Consulting Services strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways.
Work you’ll do
The professional will work with the India colleagues and senior leaders across Global Consulting Services practice. They will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Consulting Services business, its strategic priorities, to enable sharing of insights, trends, and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate. The professional will own sensing of new opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, lead and coach team of junior practitioners, and proactively communicate with stakeholders. They will be required to demonstrate solid project management skills and constantly partner with senior leaders to drive global alignment around strategic priorities. The teams’ projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the Global firm and Consulting Services leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of select strategic projects with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration
- Work within a cross-functional and geographically diverse team to enhance the firm’s impact and effectively deliver
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, and assimilate low-level
data to create actionable insights for Executive audiences
- Contribute to end-to-end executive meeting management across design, plan and execution stages
- Drive agenda development and building supporting materials for critical leadership forums and executive meetings
- Demonstrate manageability to support multiple core projects effectively across multiple workstreams
Requisite core skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to create effective and creative presentations for senior leaders
- Responsiveness to high priority deadlines and agility to align with strategic pivots in projects
- Organized, detail-focused and creative with the ability to work with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a “here to help” attitude
- Strong organization and project management skills – with the ability to be adaptable and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
- Work experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with different time zones)
- Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base location office at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
