Learning Content and Catalog Management - Analyst
Work you’ll do
As an Analyst, you will interact with the internal clients (or learners) directly to either understand their learning requirement, content deployment requests or any learning related issue that they may face. You may also assist them by providing necessary advisory support to help them understand the best practices around catalog management and content deployment processes:
· Responsible for carrying out catalog management activities, which include adding, changing, deleting, and retiring learning elements from the online global learning catalog, specifically for catalog items in the Global domain, under the direction of the course owner and/or content owner
· Deploy e-learning content, troubleshoot preliminary content related issues, test content packages following test scripts and provide testing results
· Respond to inquiries from the Global Deloitte Learning Mailbox and from member firms on learning catalog management items or content deployment requests
· Liaise with the Global technology support team to manage content related issues
· Actively participate in different process improvement and re-engineering project initiatives to maintain high quality standards in all the deliverables. Identify process improvements opportunities and make recommendations.
· Work closely with other team members and cross functional team members both in India and the US

Required:
· Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Must have good communication skills (written, verbal, interpretive). Must have excellent time management skills.
· Must demonstrate ability to manage or coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
· Must be able to collaborate with internal teams, global clients, and cross border stakeholders.
