Analyst – PMO, Global Tax & Legal Strategic Priorities Support Hub

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing Global Tax and Legal (GTL) Hyderabad team and apply your Project management knowledge, skills and experience.  PMO Analyst – GTL Strategic Priorities role is ideal for a proactive Analyst or equivalent professionals with a strategic mindset, capable of supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within a global framework.

Work you’ll do

This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating multiple strategic projects and initiatives within the Global Tax and Legal team. This role requires a strategic thinker with good project management, analytical, and communication skills to drive business-critical, multi-year global transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, and effectively collaborate with a global team while maintaining an action-oriented mindset to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate across multiple GTL Strategic projects and initiatives and support Global leadership in managing business-critical multi-year global strategic projects.
  • Coordinate, prepare content for, and facilitate meetings with Program leadership, providing effective actions and summaries following each meeting.
  • Manage budgets to ensure stated program objectives are met.
  • Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses for Program leadership.
  • Track project status, risk, and issue communications and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Build a network within Global Tax & Legal and across Tax and the global firm to enhance the effectiveness of the work you deliver.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to manage your time and priorities independently.
  • Facilitate issue resolution by gathering data, framing the problem, engaging relevant stakeholders, establishing a plan for resolution, and executing against the plan.
  • Action feedback effectively, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain an action-oriented mindset, driving initiatives forward and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Global Tax & Legal Strategic Priority Support Hub (GTL SPSH)

The Global Tax & Legal Strategic Priority Support Hub team supports the various strategic priorities of Global Tax & Legal business. The team has diverse skillset to ensure that the priority initiatives are seamlessly executed. We provide PMO supports, reporting and analytics support, business research support, as well as marketing and communications support to the leaders, which enables the success of these priorities. Our involvement helps Global Tax and Legal leaders grow the Deloitte footprint across geographies with their clients.

Qualifications

·       Education: Graduation/post-graduation in any discipline.

·       Experience: Total: 1 - 2 years

·       Strong analytical, consultative, storyboarding, and project management skills.

·       Experience juggling multiple priorities, delivering against aggressive deliverable timelines, and reporting on the status of multiple workstreams.

·       Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm, including top leadership.

·       Demonstrated executive presence.

·       Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity.

·       Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables).

·       Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both in-person and virtual settings.

·       Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

·       Effective at providing actions and summaries following meetings.

·       Skilled at actioning feedback in an effective manner.

Location – Hyderabad

Shift Timings – 2 pm to 11 pm
