Job Title: Analyst - VRCT - Government and Public Services Enabling Areas (GPS EA)

The Team:

Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway. Ensures risk policy and guidelines are followed as well as supports methods of communication and risk reporting the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.

Work you will do.

Maintain awareness of requirements and status associated with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) records. Manage personal portfolio and maintain TPRM compliance for all active GPS subcontract and prime entities. Independently compile and analyze TPRM related data and maintain historical information and documentation.

Immediate responsibilities/expectations after training period would be:

            Understands data entry requirements associated with the department’s IT tools and systems used for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) clearance process.

            Collaborates with engagement teams, procurement specialists and third parties to enter records in TPRM Gateway

            Checks DESC system for restricted entities information before entering records in TPRM Gateway

            Enters engagement and third-party data into appropriate forms, databases, and systems.  Checks existence, accuracy, and completeness of electronic documents related to TPRM clearance. Manages to establish data entry timelines

            Work closely with Risk review groups and third parties to expedite the request approvals Provide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third-party diligence efforts.

            Documents TPRM approval/exception entry against each PO line items in applicable system

            Conducts renewal of TPRM records throughout the life cycle of the subcontract/prime contract entities

            Maintains TPRM data accuracy of GPS third parties in TPRM Gateway and promptly withdraw/terminate third party records at the end of period of performance

            Work on system steps required for processing third party TPRM submissions, subcontract agreements for contingent vendors, TPRM entry and renewals along with approval flow and documentation procedures.

            Work on reports to maintain compliance with respect to link active TPRM IDs to active POID’s.

            Collaboratively work with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway.

            Manages personal portfolio and maintains TPRM compliance for all active GPS subcontract and prime entities.

Qualification & Skills:

            Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance with experience of 2 to 3 years

            Experience with configuration/administering and/or developing an application and/or platform is required.

            Minimum 2-years relevant professional experience.

            Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools.

            Detail-oriented with strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.

            Ability to analyze problems and facilitate solutions.

            Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

            Strong written and verbal communication skills.

            Flexibility in working on several processes or projects simultaneously to meet team goals and responsibilities.

            Ability to work with tools including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, Share point.

            Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics, and AI tools, as well as their applications

            Demonstrated desire for continuous professional development.
