Position Summary

Job Title: Analyst / Associate Analyst – Shared Services Center (SSC) | USI GPS Enabling Areas (USI GPS EA)

Team: USI GPS Enabling Areas (USI GPS EA) is part of the firm’s Enabling Areas function, supporting/partnering to drive financial and operational excellence for the GPS (Government and Public Services) industry in the US regions.

Role Overview: Entry-level (campus hire) role in the SSC, a development platform with strong technical and soft-skill learning, supporting mainstream practitioners through standardized, transactional, analytical, and automation-ready work across finance and contracts-related processes.

Work you’ll do

You will support multiple core business teams within GPS by:

  • Building understanding of standard process deliverables and applying self-review/quality checks; participating in training programs
  • Supporting engagement finance and operational activities such as Time & Expense, billing, accounts receivable, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Assisting with financial analysis/reporting, project accounting, and engagement support activities including budgeting/forecasting, vendor management, and other contracts-related support (as assigned)
  • Supporting work that touches compliance, procurement, contractual, and security requirements where applicable
  • Communicating and collaborating with service offerings within and outside SSC; leveraging standard tools and procedures to deliver accurate, timely, high-quality outputs
  • Contributing to standardization/automation opportunities and data/insight efforts as needed
  • Seeking and acting on constructive feedback and taking on new initiatives to positively impact the practice and people

Qualifications & skills (Required/Preferred)

Education

  • Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; 2025 graduates only with (0–1) year of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B. Com/BBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; 2024–2025 graduates with (0–2) years of experience.

Academic criteria

  • Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) across all qualifications, including MBA/PGDM/B. Com/BBA.
  • No active backlogs/arrears at the time of application.

Experience (Preferred)

  • Internship/project/work experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or related areas.

Knowledge & skills

  • Working knowledge of financial accounting concepts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and professional services metrics/KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrates resilience, a positive attitude, and an innovation mindset (“art of the possible”).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI / data analytics / AI tools is a plus.

Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM
