Senior Analyst - Government & Public Services(GPS) – CAM Account Excellence Services (AES)

Work you’ll do
As a CAM Account Excellence Services (AES) professional in the GPS industry, you will perform a host of tasks that are
non-client facing but are very key to how our client account teams serve clients. Here’s an Illustrative list of responsibilities.
Key job responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with and support US based stakeholders and USI teams on automation and analytics initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret data sets using statistical and analytical tools, paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
• Help other AES team members in performing deep dive analysis into GPS industry contracts, qualifications, and competitor market share.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop dashboards that help the business with decision making.
Key skills and professional experience:
• Strong in data skills – good at number crunching, data slicing and dicing.
• Sound understanding of marketing concepts with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Experience with data management/visualization tools such as Excel (advanced analytical skills), SQL for Macros, MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of a data visualization tool like Tableau, Power Bi or QlikView would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of querying using VBA involving multiple tables and subqueries will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications, including prompt engineering.
• Strong at analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business.
• Ability to present data analysis outcomes in intuitive graphical and tabular formats.
• Good storyboarding skills to synthesize, organize and present information in structured manner
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong project management skills with proven experience in providing counsel to senior executives.
• Excellent team player with experience working and driving conversations with virtual teams, including proven ability to collaborate with a US based teams.
The Team
The GPS CAM AES team focuses on bringing efficiencies and leading practices to Deloitte’s client account teams.
GPS CAM AES professionals assist Deloitte’s client account leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients.
AES professionals execute internal account operations thereby enabling account leaders to focus on more strategic activities for
our clients.
Required qualification and experience
• 3 to 6 years(Senior Analysts) of professional experience in data management, analytics, or automation
• Graduate degree (full time)
Location and timings:
• Work Location: Hyderabad and Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
