Responsibilities
- Support program governance and performance reporting, deliverables, and preparing reports for governance meetings and Global A&A Digital Change.
- Own and lead key administrative tasks including managing calendars, the GTM mailbox, team actions & project items status.
- Implement and maintain a simplified project management methodology, conduct quarterly reviews and closures, and support program planning and tracking.
- Support management dependencies across the program, coordinating with other workstreams and resolving interdependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, recommending and implementing process optimization for the GTM program.
- Manage logistics for co-locations and all-hands meetings, coordinating agendas, materials, and room bookings.
- Ensure end-to-end project delivery, developing and maintaining project
charters,plans, and closure reports, focusing on scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources. - Manage stakeholder communication, prepare project status reports, facilitating meetings
,taking meeting notes along with actions. - Collaborate with all team members, supporting PMO standups, updating leave trackers and support Change & Adoption as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
· Necessary prior experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience in project or program management.
· Required specific skills: At minimum, the candidate must possess following skillset:
Technical Skills
- Project/Program Management skills: Demonstrated project and program management skills like organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track. Experience and knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and particularly PowerPoint presentation experience with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables for senior stakeholders.
- Valid PM certification preferred

- Communication skills: Proactive and with good communication skills, able to reach out to people to complete research and discuss draft reports, proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Results Oriented: Focused and capable of managing multiple time sensitive projects or activities simultaneously, with strong multi-taking abilities
