We enable stakeholders to tell their business impact stories through data-driven insights. We provide end–to-end solutioning across the data to insights journey
- Partner with stakeholders to identify their business needs and provide technical/analytical solutions
- Provides end-to-end support around database management, data visualization, data science, data reporting and technology development
- Generate insights out of data and provide actionable recommendations to business
- Provide dedicated support to manage integrity of processes, tools, and databases
Work you will do
The Lead Management Analyst supports Deloitte’s marketing and sales teams by ensuring the efficient handling, tracking, and nurturing of sales leads. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data quality, facilitating communication between teams, and helping to optimize the lead management process to drive business growth.:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Management & Tracking
- Maintain and update the lead database to ensure information accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Use Excel and Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) to manage lead workflows and keep pipelines current and actionable.
- Lead Qualification & Assignment
- Perform initial review and qualification of inbound leads using established demand generation criteria.
- Assign and route qualified leads to sales or business development teams for timely follow-up.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards that illustrate lead status, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
- Analyze lead data to pinpoint trends, gaps, and opportunities for demand generation and process improvement.
- Process Support & Optimization
- Assist in the execution of lead nurturing campaigns and support ongoing follow-up activities.
- Collaborate within the demand generation team to refine lead management processes, suggest enhancements, and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a go-to resource for lead-related inquiries, process documentation, and workflow support across sales and marketing teams.
- Help onboard and train colleagues or junior staff on lead management tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in lead management, sales operations, or marketing operations—preferably within a demand generation setting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective collaborator in cross-functional environments.
- Organization: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tasks, ensuring details and deadlines are consistently met.
