Executive Manager – Brand, Marketing & Communications
We are looking for a passionate marketing leader with a strong understanding of professional services. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that elevate Deloitte’s brand and drive impactful go-to-market (GTM) initiatives in support of business priorities. A leader who oversees compelling marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen our brand presence and drive results that align to business goals.
Work You’ll Do
As the Executive Manager in the Brand, Marketing, and Communications organization, you will lead a high-performing team in the development and execution of integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that elevate Deloitte’s brand and drive business growth. You will oversee the planning, delivery, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives align with Deloitte’s brand standards and business objectives. Collaborating closely with US-based Marketing leaders and stakeholders, you will tailor marketing efforts to support high-priority pursuits and strategic initiatives.
You will champion the adoption of innovative marketing tools and best practices, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. In addition, you will mentor and develop team members, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the offshore Marketing team in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns that support key pursuits and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables align with Deloitte’s brand, messaging, and quality standards, tailoring content and activations to specific business and client objectives.
- Leverage digital tools, analytics platforms, and industry best practices to inform campaign strategies, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with leaders and US-based stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects with broader business priorities.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of marketing assets, ensuring timely and effective delivery in support of high-priority deals and pursuits.
- Regularly review campaign performance data, provide actionable feedback to the team, and implement enhancements based on results and stakeholder input.
- Work with the entire team to support the use of market intelligence and insights to inform strategic marketing planning, campaign development, and post campaign analyses.
- Champion the adoption of innovative marketing technologies and methodologies to increase team efficiency and campaign impact.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with firm policies, optimizing processes, and managing marketing budgets effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage team performance through regular check-ins, coaching, and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Support the professional development of team members by identifying training needs, mapping career paths, and facilitating access to relevant learning opportunities.
- Oversee access and utilization of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, collaboration tools), ensuring team members are equipped to deliver high-quality work.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables produced by the offshore Marketing team, proactively addressing any issues or risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on team progress, campaign outcomes, and operational challenges.
- Work with US marketing leaders to collaborate on hiring processes of strategic, data-driven and creative talent across multiple markets.
- Recognize and reward team contributions, promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, social media promotion and measuring ROI.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities.
- Strong client servicing, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to business changes and lead transformational growth imperatives for the firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Project Management software); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
- Master’s degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
