Role overview
USI Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) People & Operations is seeking an energetic, analytical, and client-service–oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Onboarding) to join our Workforce Solutions team. This role is pivotal to managing end-to-end onboarding for new hires using SuccessFactors RCM, coordinating documentation, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution while maintaining compliance and accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end onboarding operations for experienced hires.
- Optimize onboarding processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor onboarding team members.
- Manage relationships with recruiters, candidates, and internal/external partners.
- Support HR system enhancements, including UAT and process transformation.
- Analyze onboarding metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex concerns.
- Champion a positive candidate experience and drive continuous improvement.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment management.
- Demonstrated expertise with ATS, CRM, SuccessFactors RCM, and UAT/system transformation projects.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel (reporting, analytics).
- Experience managing high-volume, complex onboarding and compliance processes.
